Sean “Diddy” Combs faces allegations of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a recent lawsuit.
The 54-year-old rapper purportedly assaulted the child in a hotel room located in New York City back in 2005.
A separate lawsuit also charges the imprisoned hip-hop mogul with assaulting a 17-year-old aspirant who aimed to join the reality TV series Making the Band in 2008.
These filings are among the latest in a series of lawsuits where claimants allege sexual assault by Combs at various parties and gatherings over the past two decades.
Combs’ attorneys denied the veracity of the two new allegations, accusing the plaintiffs’ attorney, Anthony Buzbee, of pursuing media attention. Buzbee claims to represent over 150 individuals reportedly affected by the rapper, having filed at least 17 different lawsuits.
“Mr. Combs and his legal representatives have complete faith in the veracity of the facts and the fairness of the judicial system,” stated an email from his team. “In the courtroom, the truth will come to light: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or child.”
Currently, Combs is incarcerated in New York City following his not guilty plea to federal sex trafficking accusations unveiled in an indictment post his arrest on September 16.
He is charged with coercing and mistreating women, as well as intimidating victims through blackmail and violence.
The 10-year-old boy, whose identity remains undisclosed in the lawsuit, was an aspiring actor and rapper who traveled with his parents from California for meetings with music industry professionals.
An associate of Combs allegedly provided the boy with a beverage containing drugs during what was intended to be an audition.

The lawsuit asserts that Combs pushed the boy down and compelled him to engage in oral sex until he lost consciousness.
The rapper reportedly threatened to severely harm the child’s parents if he disclosed the incident.
The 17-year-old unnamed male claims that Combs forced him to perform oral sex alongside a bodyguard during a three-day audition for the Making the Band show, which was produced by Combs.
Combs depicted the latter incident as a “test” of the teenager’s determination to carve a place in the music scene.
When the young man voiced his apprehensions, he was removed from the competition and was unable to engage with the music industry for seven years, as per the lawsuit.
Both lawsuits are filed under New York City’s Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act, which permits survivors to initiate lawsuits even after the expiration of the statute of limitations.
Combs’ criminal trial is slated to begin on 5 May 2025.
