Jennifer Aniston has shared a heartfelt tribute to her Friends co-star Matthew Perry, marking the anniversary of his passing.
On Instagram, the 55-year-old actress posted a collection of pictures featuring herself alongside the late actor.
The caption simply read “1 year” accompanied by a heart with a bandage and a dove emoji.
Furthermore, she tagged the Matthew Perry Foundation, which was established to carry on Perry’s mission of aiding individuals facing addiction challenges.
Last month, a sweater that Perry donned while portraying Chandler Bing in an episode of the beloved sitcom was auctioned off for $6,500 (£4,900).
This auction took place to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Friends.
Aniston portrayed Rachel Green in the series, which aired for a decade from 1994 to 2004.
Perry was discovered deceased at his residence in Los Angeles on October 28 of the previous year.
A medical examiner subsequently concluded that the primary cause of his death was ketamine-related.
Earlier this month, a physician pleaded guilty to a charge related to conspiring to distribute ketamine in connection with Perry’s demise.

During a conversation with NBC last week, Perry’s mother recounted one of her last exchanges with her son, suggesting that “there was an inevitability” to his passing.
“Interestingly enough, just prior to his death, he was showing me one of his new homes,” said Suzanne Morrison.
“He approached me and expressed, ‘I love you immensely, and I’m really joyful to be with you now.’ It felt almost like a premonition or something similar.”
