The family of Norm Hewitt, the former All Blacks hooker and reality TV personality, has sadly announced his passing at the age of 55 after a courageous battle with motor neurone disease. Hewitt, known for his formidable presence on the rugby field, represented New Zealand’s national team 23 times, featuring in nine test matches since his debut in 1993.

An Advocate and Champion
