A patron’s head erupted in flames after being struck by a Molotov cocktail at very close range.
Surveillance footage documented the moment a dispute at a high street pub in Redcar, Yorkshire transformed into a horrifying incident last weekend.
The individual is seen chatting cheerfully on the pavement when a petrol bomb is thrown at him.
His head then ignites in a burst of flames, causing him to collapse to the ground in agony.
His face is obscured as he frantically rolls about while engulfed in fire.
A bystander rushes from a vehicle and attempts to remove the victim’s shirt, which ultimately extinguishes the flames.
