According to police reports, a tragic bus accident in Bolivia has resulted in the deaths of at least 31 individuals.
An officer indicated that it seemed the operator had lost command of the vehicle, leading it to plunge over 2,600 ft (800m) off a cliff in the south-western region of Yocalla.
Among the casualties, 10 adults and four children were transported to a medical facility, with several diagnosed in critical condition, as stated by a healthcare representative.
The route traversed by the bus is known for its numerous bends and curves, and the law enforcement official suggested that excessive speed may have contributed to the mishap.
