One individual has lost their life and 25 others sustained injuries in an incident involving a high-speed train and a truck in Germany.
Of those injured, six are reported to be in critical condition following the collision at a level crossing near Hamburg on Tuesday.
A 55-year-old passenger succumbed to injuries at the site.

The train collided with the truck at the crossing, causing windows in the front carriages to shatter, as per local accounts.
Nearly 300 individuals were aboard the train during the incident. The truck was carrying rails that were scattered across the crash site.
Passengers who were not injured were evacuated and transported to a nearby station via bus, according to police.
The cause of the incident remains unclear. The truck driver has been taken in for questioning.
The truck has since been towed away, and one track of the railway line has been reopened.
