Former Little Mix member Jesy Nelson has revealed that she is expecting twins.
The 33-year-old singer mentioned on her Instagram that she is “eating for three now,” accompanied by a polaroid snapshot of herself with Zion Foster, with whom she was rumored to have parted ways last year.
Nelson shared the heartfelt announcement on Sunday, informing the public that she is preparing to become a mother for the first time—complete with two baby emojis alongside her message.

Nelson gained prominence with the girl group Little Mix, which originated from The X Factor in 2011 and achieved a series of UK number-one hits.
Nevertheless, she departed in December 2020 after nearly a decade, citing the pressures associated with being part of the group had adversely affected her mental well-being.

Since then, Nelson has pursued a solo career yet continues to honor her previous bandmates, expressing on The Graham Norton Show in 2021: “In my eyes, they are still the most incredible girl band in existence.”
Little Mix persisted as a trio following Nelson’s exit in December 2020 until announcing a break in 2022 to focus on individual projects.
