A 31-year-old individual has appeared in court facing allegations of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in a car park in Dundee.
The purported grave sexual offense is claimed to have occurred in the Cowgate region during the early hours of Sunday, November 10.
Suspect Ryan Masters was apprehended and charged in relation to the incident.
He appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, where he refrained from entering a plea to the single accusation of rape.
Masters, who resides in the city, was granted bail pending his subsequent court appearance, which has yet to be scheduled.
