A frustrated passenger publicly shamed a new mother on a crowded flight after she boarded with her infant.
Nikita Mason embarked on the Qatar Airways business class flight from Dubai to Manchester on November 7.
She began recording as the man shook his head and argued against her decision to bring her one-year-old daughter onto the flight.
The video reveals him labeling her ‘selfish’, insisting that ‘she shouldn’t be on the plane’.
Nikita defended her choice to take her child on vacation, while another traveler chimed in, suggesting that the man ought to be apprehended.
Nikita remarked: ‘I heard him muttering comments throughout the journey as our daughter cried a few times.
‘It was literally just two or three instances, lasting a couple of minutes each, before she peacefully slept for the remaining three hours.’
‘He even requested to change his seat, but the crew told him there was nothing they could do; other passengers on the flight supported us, declaring that the man was out of line.’
Nikita explained that her daughter’s cries were due to teething.
But the man persisted, asserting that if her daughter was teething, she had no business on the flight.
