The NatWest banking application is currently unavailable, leaving numerous individuals unable to access their funds.
As of 9 AM today, more than a thousand users reported difficulties, as noted by outage monitoring site DownDetector.
The predominant complaints were from users who could not enter the banking app, while others experienced issues with the web-based version.
NatWest has acknowledged the problem and recommended that clients utilize online banking or contact the customer service team if they urgently require access to their accounts this morning.
In correspondence with users on social media, the banking institution mentioned that a timeline for resolution is uncertain, but they have directed their IT departments to look into the matter.
