Sean “Diddy” Combs has faced additional sexual assault accusations following a lawsuit filed by a woman in New York.
In this newly initiated civil action, the woman – referred to by the alias Jane Doe – asserts that she was repeatedly raped and administered drugs at the homes of the music mogul, culminating in a pregnancy from one of the incidents.
This case comes in the wake of a string of comparable legal actions taken by different women against Combs, 54, who was arrested at a New York hotel last week on charges related to sex trafficking, drug possession, and firearm offenses.
The latest lawsuit was submitted on Friday against Combs, his businesses, and several associates, seeking undisclosed compensation for physical injuries, intense emotional suffering, humiliation, anxiety, and various other injuries.
The woman claims that she encountered Combs while abroad in 2020, with the alleged assaults and harassment persisting until July of this year.
According to her account, she was frequently pressured and intimidated into visiting Combs’ residences in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and other locations, with the rapper requiring her to “perform a show” during each trip.
In an incident said to have occurred in July 2022, the woman asserts she lost consciousness after being compelled to consume drugs, including ketamine.
Subsequently, she reportedly took a pregnancy test and informed Combs of its positive result. She further alleges that an associate of the music mogul persistently pressured her to undergo an abortion. The lawsuit claims she ultimately suffered from a miscarriage.
The woman, who is represented by attorneys Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio, also claims that Combs and his associates tracked her whereabouts and surveilled her communications.
She alleges that Combs dissuaded her from pursuing employment and provided her with an “allowance” that he manipulated to exert control over her.

“No one is above the law. Fame and fortune do not shield Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from grave allegations of sex trafficking and mistreatment,” stated Ms. Napoli in a press release.
Combs has been subject to civil claims including rape, sexual assault, and coerced drug use since November 2023.
Although he has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, he remains incarcerated after bail was denied. His attorney asserted his innocence and committed to clearing his name.
A representative for Combs did not address the accusations presented in Friday’s lawsuit when approached by the Associated Press news agency.
