An Arrest Warrant Issued for Power Rangers Actor in Parking Dispute
A warrant for arrest has been issued for the actor who portrayed the green ranger in the Power Rangers movie series due to an alleged altercation over parking, according to the authorities.
Reports suggest that a truck connected to an individual identified as Hector David Rivera was found parked in a designated spot for disabled individuals at a shopping center in Nampa, Idaho. It was during this time that a confrontation ensued between a man and Rivera, as confirmed by city police spokesperson Carmen Boeger.
The victim, a man in his 60s who uses a walker, captured images of the license plate of the pickup truck parked in the disabled spot.
Witnesses’ footage shows Rivera pushing the victim to the ground and verbally confronting him, Boeger reported.
After the incident, the man abandoned the victim on the ground and departed in a four-door truck with Texas license plates, as indicated by the Nampa Police Department in a Facebook post.
By utilizing dashcam video of the incident and seeking assistance from the public, investigators were able to determine Rivera’s identity.
As of late Wednesday, Rivera has yet to surrender himself, and law enforcement has not been able to locate him, police disclosed. A warrant for his misdemeanor arrest has been issued.
Requests for comments from Rivera and his representatives have not been answered at this time.
