Drake Shares Video of Flooded Toronto Home
Amidst storms causing chaos in Toronto, Drake took to Instagram to post a video revealing a portion of his residence submerged in floodwaters. With a touch of humor, the rapper quipped that the murky water resembled an “espresso martini”.
Recent storms in Canada’s largest city have resulted in power outages and stranded drivers. Toronto police have reported closures on sections of Don Valley Parkway due to flooding. Moreover, a segment of Lakeshore Boulevard along Lake Ontario has also been shut down as a consequence of flooding.
In the heart of the city, reports emerged of flooding at Union station, a pivotal transit hub.

Billy Bishop Airport, situated on the Toronto Islands close to downtown, confirmed the closure of its pedestrian tunnel due to flooding.
In Peel Region, to the west of Toronto, authorities reported instances of manhole covers lifting due to heavy rainfall, advising caution to drivers.
The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority issued a flood alert, cautioning individuals about the hazardous conditions of shorelines, rivers, and streams in the Greater Toronto Area.
As southern Ontario experienced a combination of heavy rain and thunderstorms, Environment Canada issued rainfall warnings encompassing the Greater Toronto Area and its surroundings.
