The involuntary manslaughter case against Baldwin for the tragic incident on the set of Rust was dropped as Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer ruled that crucial evidence concerning the source of live ammunition had been concealed by prosecutors and police. The decision was made in Santa Fe, New Mexico, after charges were filed 18 months ago.
